Moving to 'One Plan' |
Join us for an engaging and practical webinar designed to support practitioners in confidently completing the One Plan with families. This session will explore how the One Plan aligns with the Families First Partnership Programme and how it can be used as a dynamic tool to capture the voice of the child, assess needs holistically, and plan support collaboratively. It brings together practitioners across services to co-create a single, shared plan that reflects the family's voice, identifies strengths and needs, and coordinates support around what matters most.
The One Plan approach promotes early intervention, collaborative working, and clear accountability, ensuring families receive the right help at the right time. The One Plan replaces previously separate assessments with a unified framework that supports practitioners to work in partnership with families, using consistent tools and language.
This session will offer clear, actionable insights to help you make the most of this key tool in your work with children and families.
